Introduction
The current Intranet website is on running on Drupal version 5.23. This Content Management System is no longer supported and will need to be ported to another system. The challenge is to compile comparative information and move it to a static site, as CMS are no longer supported in the company. The current system has custom forms, that the users complete daily. The forms range from everyday issues to production back logs or servers/services issues. The preferred method is to use SharePoint to share/store information.

User Research
The information that is most relevant to users are needed to move to the new location. Forms will also need to be recreated to user and departmental needs. Below is the current issue/request form, this form is available for use from different departments. After data is imported into Excel to clean the data. The reason that we need to clean the data is because from the call manager application after the data is outputted the calls don't line properly. After data is imported into Excel to clean the data. Question: You do not have a ticket system?
We do have a ticket system (Service Now). These forms are way to get the issue(s) pertaining to manufacturing and shipping of products. The requests or incedents that are entered are not always an issue pertaining to Information Technology.
